I’m a little teapot
I’m a little teapot, short and stout
Here is my handle, here is my spout.
When I get all steamed up, here me shout.
Tip me over and pour me out.
I’m a special teapot, it is true.
Here, let me show you what I can do.
I can change my handle and my spout
Tip me over and pour me out.
I’m an orange pumpkin
I’m an orange pumpkin, fat and round (hold arms out to the side as if round)
Sitting in the cornfield on the ground. (sit down)
I’ll be a jack–lantern with two big eyes (make circles with fingers around eyes)
Or maybe I’ll be a big fat pie! (hold arms out in front in circle)
(Thanks to Diane Briggs and Toddler Storytime Programs for the pumpkin version!)
